Transformers: Robots In Disguise - Synopsis

My kind friends over at Fox publications finally FAXed me the fall 2001 - 2002 line up. All I really got was a synopsis, but there will be more soon. So, without further ado, here it is:

Transformers: Robots in Disguise - Dr. Onishi, a very powerful scientist has influenced the "star" called Earth. The malicious and spiteful Destolonga robots want to capture Dr. Onishi because he has the ability to help them gain control of Earth.

Only the good Transformer Car robots (sound familiar?) called Cyber robots can stop the Destolonga's evil plan and save the Earth from being seized. Asatsu has produced 39 robotic animated episodes.

So, there you have it! Strait from the horse's mouth (or in this case the Fox's). I am still in touch with them to get the areas that will carry it outside the U.S., such as Foxtel, and whether or not it will be 6 days a week (short lifespan), or once a week on Saturday.
